How to pay Your A+ account in the +more app

Choose A+ from the services menu

Open the Services tab and select the A+ option to begin your payment.

Enter your A+ account number

Type in your A+ account number. Be sure to use the correct Pay@ reference number linked to your account, as payments are not refundable.

Enter the amount to pay

You can choose how much to pay (between R50.00 and R10,000.00), or tap Check how much I owe to view your balance.

Confirm your account balance

If you checked your balance, a message will show the amount you owe. If no balance is due, you can still choose to make a payment if you’d like.

Verify it’s you

Confirm your identity with your device authentication (PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID) before continuing.

Enter your card details

On the secure checkout screen, enter your cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and CVC. Payments are processed safely, and you can opt to save your card for future payments.

Processing your payment

Once you confirm, your payment will process. Please wait a few seconds while it completes.

Payment successful

You’ll see a success message thanking you for your payment. From here, you can make another payment or view your receipt.

View and download your receipt

Your receipt will show your account number, the amount paid, and your payment method. You can also select Pay again to quickly make the same payment.
