How to pay your FoneYam account in the +more app

Choose FoneYam from the services menu

Open the Services tab and select the FoneYam option to start your payment.

Enter your FoneYam account number

Type in your account number carefully. Please make sure the number is correct, as bill payments are not refundable.

Enter the amount to pay

You can enter an amount between R1.00 and R2500.00, or tap Check how much I owe to view your outstanding balance.

Confirm the amount due

If you checked your balance, a screen will display the exact amount owed. You can choose to pay it in full or cancel if you don’t want to proceed.

Verify it’s you

For security, confirm your identity using your device authentication (PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID).

Enter your card details

On the payment screen, fill in your card number, expiry date, CVC, and name as it appears on the card. Payments are processed securely, and you can choose to save your card for future use.

Processing your payment

Once submitted, your payment will process. Please wait a few seconds while it’s confirmed.

Payment successful

You’ll see a confirmation message showing your payment was successful. From here, you can either make another payment or view your receipt.

View and download your receipt

Your receipt shows your account number, amount paid, and payment method. You can save, share, or use the Pay again button to repeat the same payment easily.
